Eventus Legal are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a successful law firm based in the firm’s Corby office in Northamptonshire. This is a permanent, full‑time job within a highly successful law firm. Benefits include a good holiday allowance and parking on‑site.
Role Responsibilities
- Dealing with an existing caseload of Litigation files which include but are not limited to:
- Landlord and Tenant disputes
- Contentious Probate
- Contractual Disputes
- Employment Law and Employment Tribunal proceedings
- Settlement Agreements
- Civil Litigation
- Commercial Disputes between Businesses
- Boundary Disputes
Person Specification
- Expertise in the full range of Dispute Resolution matters
- Ability to contribute to the mentoring of other team members and provide technical advice required by clients
- Strong Litigation experience
- 5 Years PQE
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Expert drafting skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to summarise and present complex information in a clear and accessible way
- Innate ability to work methodically and accurately with excellent attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills
