Role Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion independently
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
- Delivering high-quality legal advice tailored to client needs
- Maintaining excellent levels of client care and communication throughout transactions
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently with strong attention to compliance and risk management

This Conveyancing Solicitor job would suit an experienced and proactive Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer who is confident managing their own workload and delivering a high standard of service. You will possess the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid residential conveyancing experience
- Ideally 3+ years PQE or equivalent experience, with the ability to work independently
- Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload from start to finish
- Strong understanding of conveyancing risk, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent client care skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of billing and performance
