The Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Executive to join a successful law firm in Hartlepool. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Investigation of Title and other legal Issues.
  • Prepare contracts and transfers.
  • Mortgage report.
  • Report on searches.
  • Manage regular files updates and supervise support staff when providing updates on your behalf.

Person Specification:

  • High-quality risk management skills, complying with regulatory requirements such as money laundering and data protection and attending on-going training.
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Experience of file management procedures.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales.
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members to a good standard.
  • Excellent PC/keyboard skills.

Benefits and Rewards:

  • Contractual working hours: 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9AM – 5PM).
