Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Preparing detailed reports on title for clients and lenders, identifying risks and providing practical legal advice
- Handling due diligence matters including title investigations, planning matters, environmental issues and restrictive covenants
- Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and third parties to progress transactions efficiently and maintain strong client relationships
- Supporting colleagues and other departments with property‑related matters including probate and business support work where required
- Managing billing, time recording and financial targets in line with departmental objectives

- Submitting Land Registry applications and resolving requisitions through to registration
