Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a Legal 500 law firm based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a permanent, full-time job with hybrid working (2-3 days per week remote from home). Other benefits include an annual bonus scheme, generous holiday allowance with the opportunity to buy and sell holidays and enhanced maternity / paternity leave.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be responsible for working in a small team assisting on complex and high value clinical negligence claims. In addition, you will be required to maintain a caseload of lower complexity and value across all types of clinical negligence work.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience in dealing with all aspects of Clinical Negligence matters. You will also have the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and legal case management systems
