Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a prestigious and forward-thinking law firm based in Chester, Cheshire. This is a full-time, permanent job offering a highly competitive salary starting from £50,000 depending on experience. This job is an exceptional opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to handle a varied, high-value caseload of trust, estate and wealth management matters. You will join a respected team dealing with a niche, HNW client base including business owners, agricultural clients and landed families. Role Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of complex and often high-value matters.
- Advising on the creation, administration, and termination of trusts.
- Drafting complex wills and estate planning documentation.
- Administering high-value and complex estates including agricultural and business-related assets.
- Supporting tax planning strategies and liaising with financial advisors and accountants.
- Advising on succession planning for landowners, farming families, and business owners.
- Handling Court of Protection applications and matters where required.
- Working collaboratively with other departments including corporate, property, and litigation on cross-disciplinary client matters.
- Maintaining excellent client service standards and building strong relationships with referrers and intermediaries.
