This is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer who is confident managing a residential property caseload and is looking to work within a supportive and professional environment. The role offers a salary of £60,000 to £65,000 depending on experience, hybrid working, pension contributions, annual bonus, and genuine work life balance with additional hours rarely required.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of mid to high value properties
- Cases include sales, purchase, freehold, and leasehold
- Managing a paralegal and providing support with their cases
- Providing clear, practical, and timely advice to clients
- Managing files after onboarding up to post completion
- Supporting senior colleagues on more complex residential property matters
- Contributing to business development and client relationship activities
Person Specification
- The successful Conveyancer will be qualified (Solicitor, Licensed, CILEX) with 3 years PQE or more.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing matters
- Experience handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Able to deliver excellent levels of customer service to clients
- The ability to organise your own workload with minimal supervision
- Good time management and a proactive approach to progressing matters
- Sound judgment and decision making when dealing with issues arising on files
