Eventus Legal are seeking a confident and passionate Private Client Legal Executive with 3 years PQE+, to join a highly reputable and very well established Private Client team based in central Burton upon Trent, Derbyshire. This is a full-time, permanent job position with a leading regional law firm. Benefits include hybrid working, generous annual leave, pension contributions, local transport links and parking and clear structured career development plans, offering a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Private Client files including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Trusts, Estate Administration and Tax.
- Supervising and mentoring junior private client team members as and when necessary.
- Adhering to strict SRA compliance and confidentiality regulations.
- Providing clear and accurate advice to clients at all times.
- Support with the ongoing business development of the private client department overall.
Person Specification
- Private Client Legal Executive (or Solicitor) with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
- Prior experience managing an autonomous Private Client caseload.
- Experience managing and supervising fee earners, or the readiness to step into a supervisory role.
- Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Full clean driving licence.
