Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Private Client Senior Associate to join a Chambers-ranked private wealth team in Birmingham, West Midlands. This is a full-time, permanent job position offering hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working fromhome and the opportunity to advise a varied client base including high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and agricultural clients. Role Responsibilities
Joining a highly regarded Private Client team, you will advise clients across a broad range of private wealth matters while managing your own caseload and developing strong, trusted relationships. Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising on wills, trusts and estate planning.
- Providing advice on powers of attorney and related private client matters.
- Managing estate administration matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advising high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and agricultural clients on their private client requirements.
- Managing your own caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of client care.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Contributing to business development activities and the continued growth of the Private Client team.
Person Specification
This Private Client Senior Associate job would suit an experienced private client lawyer with strong technical knowledge and the confidence to manage matters independently. You should also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Substantial experience across private client law at a level appropriate to a Senior Associate position.
- Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, estate planning, powers of attorney and estate administration.
- Experience managing your own caseload and providing clear, practical advice to clients.
- Excellent client care and communication skills, including the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients, business owners or agricultural clients would be advantageous.
- A track record of contributing to business development and maintaining professional relationships would be highly valued.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a specialist team.
