Eventus Legal are working with a well-established law firm on the Wirral who are seeking a Conveyancing Onboarding Assistant / Welcome Team Associate to join their growing Residential Conveyancing department on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous conveyancing, legal administration or client onboarding experience to join a friendly and supportive team where you will play a key role in guiding clients through the initial stages of the conveyancing process. Job Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls from clients, brokers and third parties
- Explaining the conveyancing process and answering procedural enquiries
- Providing quotations for conveyancing services
- Issuing client care documentation and terms and conditions
- Conducting client identification and AML verification checks
- Opening new files and maintaining accurate records
- Allocating matters to appropriate fee earners
- Responding to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting the onboarding process from initial enquiry through to file opening
- Ensuring compliance procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
- Building positive relationships with clients and external stakeholders
Person Specification
- Experience supporting conveyancing or property-related matters
- Knowledge of client onboarding, AML and compliance procedures
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confidence liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties
- Competent IT skills and experience using case management systems
