Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a successful law firm based in Nottingham. This is a permanent, full-time role. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, continuous training, development, and progression opportunities.
Role Responsibilities
- The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for dealing with the full range of matters that will include a caseload of sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and new builds - freehold and leasehold - and registered and unregistered titles.
- Experience with shared ownership leases, right to buys, assents, severances of joint tenancies and general property matters will be welcome.
- There will be an expectation to continuously uphold the company reputation and encourage growth by networking and attending various events as well as deal with third party suppliers/advisors and/or estate agents.
Person Specification
- The incoming Conveyancer will have experience in dealing with all Residential Property matters.
- Proven track record of complex residential property work, with a minimum of 5 years+ PQE.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Have a strong new build purchase experience.
- Be self-motivated and able to organise their own workload.
- Have a strong work ethic, good time management skills and a flexible approach to work.
- Supervision experience would be welcome but not essential.
