Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing Residential Property team in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. This is a full-time, permanent job position paying £50,000 to £55,000 depending on experience, with working hours of 9.00am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. The opportunity offers the autonomy to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload with strong team support and manageable workloads. Role Responsibilities Based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, the Residential Conveyancer will take ownership of a full residential conveyancing caseload and provide a consistently high standard of service throughout each transaction. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process Maintaining high standards of client care, communication and file progression Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues across the Residential Property team Contributing positively to team performance and the delivery of a high-quality residential conveyancing service Person Specification This Residential Conveyancer job will suit an experienced property professional who is comfortable running files autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
