We partner directly with founders and leadership teams, acting as a strategic growth function within their business. We’re hiring a Portfolio Manager to work directly with a portfolio of partner brands, acting as their primary strategic lead and day-to-day point of contact. This role is best suited to someone with a management consulting mindset — someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, building structured plans, and working closely with senior stakeholders to drive execution. You’ll be responsible for understanding each partner’s business holistically, defining growth priorities, and coordinating internal specialists to deliver results across Amazon and ecommerce channels. You'll develop a strong commercial understanding of each business - it’s about strategy, judgement and execution.
