eVenturing is a London-based ecommerce growth partner working with ambitious consumer brands globally. We operate at the intersection of ecommerce, finance and performance marketing, helping founders scale revenue and increase enterprise value through global marketplaces. Our team works directly with business owners and senior decision-makers, delivering commercially driven growth strategies backed by execution. As part of eVenturing, you’ll be joining a high-performance, fast-growing business focused on results, ownership and long-term value creation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring an Account Executive to join our commercial team and drive new partnerships for the business. This is a pure B2B sales role. You will own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close. There is no account management or ongoing client servicing responsibility post-sale — your focus is discovery, qualification, pitching and closing. We prioritise strong B2B sales fundamentals over ecommerce experience. If you can run a structured sales process, speak confidently with founders and senior stakeholders, and consistently close deals, you’ll do well in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
    • Own deals from first call through to signed agreement
    • Run discovery calls with founders and senior commercial decision-makers
    • Qualify prospects based on commercial fit, scale and growth potential
    • Present our Amazon and ecommerce services clearly and confidently
    • Handle objections, negotiate terms and close partnerships
  • Pipeline and Revenue Growth
    • Work inbound opportunities alongside targeted outbound activity
    • Build and manage your own pipeline within the CRM
    • Forecast accurately and take full ownership of your revenue target
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale
  • Commercial Judgment
    • Assess whether a business is a good fit before progressing deals
    • Understand client goals and align them with the correct service offering
    • Sell value and outcomes, not features or tactics

PROGRESSION AND GROWTH

This role has a clear and intentional progression path designed to reward consistent performance.

  • Account Executives who hit quota will be eligible for promotion to a Senior Account Executive role
  • Upon promotion, you will be assigned a dedicated BDR resource to support pipeline generation
  • This allows you to focus more heavily on discovery, deal progression and closing, while your BDR supports outbound activity
  • Further progression opportunities exist into senior commercial or leadership roles as the business scales

We believe top performers should be given leverage, not just higher targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven B2B sales experience in a closing role (agency, SaaS, professional services, or similar)
  • Experience owning a full end-to-end sales cycle
  • Confidence speaking with founders, owners and senior leadership teams
  • Strong discovery, qualification and objection-handling skills
  • Commercially minded with good judgment around deal quality
  • Comfortable operating without heavy sales enablement or rigid scripts
  • Organised, driven and accountable for results

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Exposure to ecommerce, Amazon, marketplaces or digital marketing

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance-based commission with meaningful and uncapped upside
  • Clear expectations and ownership over your role
  • High-performance, commercially focused environment
  • Office-based role in London with a tight-knit, driven team
  • Clear progression opportunities as the business scales
