eVenturing is a London-based ecommerce growth partner working with ambitious consumer brands globally. We operate at the intersection of ecommerce, finance and performance marketing, helping founders scale revenue and increase enterprise value through global marketplaces.
As part of eVenturing, you’ll be joining a high-performance, fast-growing business focused on results, ownership and long-term value creation. We’re hiring an Account Executive to join our commercial team and drive new partnerships. This is a pure B2B sales role. You will own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close. There is no account management or ongoing client servicing responsibility post-sale — your focus is discovery, qualification, pitching and closing.
We prioritise strong B2B sales fundamentals over ecommerce experience. If you can run a structured sales process, speak confidently with founders and senior stakeholders, and consistently close deals, you’ll do well in this role.
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
- Run discovery calls with founders and senior commercial decision-makers
- Qualify prospects based on commercial fit, scale and growth potential
- Present our Amazon and ecommerce services clearly and confidently
- Build and manage your own pipeline within the CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale
- Commercial Judgment
- Understand client goals and align them with the correct service offering
- This role has a clear and intentional progression path designed to reward consistent performance.
- Account Executives who hit quota will be eligible for promotion to a Senior Account Executive role
- Upon promotion, you will be assigned a dedicated BDR resource to support pipeline generation
- This allows you to focus more heavily on discovery, deal progression and closing, while your BDR supports outbound activity
- Further progression opportunities exist into senior commercial or leadership roles as the business scales
Proven B2B sales experience in a closing role (agency, SaaS, professional services, or similar)
- Experience owning a full end-to-end sales cycle
- Commercially minded with good judgment around deal quality
- Comfortable operating without heavy sales enablement or rigid scripts
- Exposure to ecommerce, Amazon, marketplaces or digital marketing
