This role offers a unique balance of autonomy and collaboration.

You will have the opportunity to work independently with creative control over the brands you are involved in, whilst benefiting from the structured support of the wider team.

Our client list is highly diverse, giving you the opportunity to work with a range of international D2C brands, from established household names to ambitious, early-stage start-ups.

  • Creative & Listing Development
  • Manage the creation of Amazon listing imagery, A+ Content and Brand Storefronts
  • Develop high-converting creative assets that align with brand guidelines and Amazon best practices
  • Review creative output and provide feedback to ensure quality and commercial effectiveness, alongside A/B testing to maximise conversion rates and click through rates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content, conversion rates and overall customer experience
  • Creative Workflow & Design Collaboration
  • Brief offshore design technicians clearly on client requirements, visual style, and technical constraints.
  • Oversee the design workflow, ensuring assets (listing images, A+ content, packaging, store design) are produced on time.
  • Conduct quality assurance on all design deliverables to ensure they meet the client’s brand guidelines, our internal standards, and performance best practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the design technicians to refine and improve the visual output.
  • Ensure all files are organised and accessible for both internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • Education: A recent degree in Marketing, Creative Strategy, Digital Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
  • The ability to present ideas clearly to clients and collaborate with remote team members.
  • Ability to develop commercial strategies and translate them into actionable plans
  • Analytical Mindset: An interest in learning how design impacts consumer behaviour (CTR, CVR, and A/B testing).
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects, brands, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable analysing performance data and making commercially driven recommendations
  • Proactive, accountable and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across different cultures and time zones.
