About Norwood
Founded in 1795, Norwood is the oldest Jewish charity in the UK, and has been privileged to receive Royal Patronage since 1815. We support and empower neurodiverse children and their families and people with neurodevelopmental disabilities to live their best lives. Norwood works with local authorities to deliver wide‑range services including residential and supported living accommodation and short‑break facilities, as well as a range of support groups aimed at the whole family, not just the individual.

About Tova
Tova is a single‑storey home based within the Ravenswood Estate, supporting seven adults aged 20s to 60s with severe learning disabilities, epilepsy, and in some cases, dementia and physical support needs. Most residents use non‑verbal communication such as Makaton, objects of reference, facial expressions, and body movements. Building strong, personalised relationships is essential. Residents enjoy active lives with interests like swimming, sensory sessions, music, baking, gardening, drives out, holidays, and more. All require high levels of support including 1:1 and 2:1 assistance with personal care, moving and positioning, and community outings.
