Full Time Position (40 hours) - Shifts typically range from 8:30 AM until 18:00 PM.

We’re currently looking for a passionate Reservations Assistant Manager to join our dedicated team.

Your role in our family:

  • Support the Reservations Manager in the daily running of the department
  • Help maximise occupancy and revenue through effective reservations management
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient booking experience for all guests
  • Lead and supervise the team in the absence of the Reservations Manager
  • Attend Head of Department meetings and contribute to hotel-wide goals
  • Uphold high service standards and support training and development of team members
  • Undertake Hotel Duty Manager shifts as required, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.

What would make you the perfect fit?

  • 2+ years’ experience in hotel reservations or front office
  • Familiarity with booking systems/PMS (e.g., Opera preferred)
  • A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail
  • Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
  • A calm, solution-focused mindset under pressure
  • Confidence working with data, reports, Word, and Excel
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering seamless guest experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
