Event Team Member - Say Matcha - Greenford

Say Matcha is looking for an energetic, reliable Event Assistant & Content Creator to join us at live pop-up events, weddings, and corporate activations. This isn't just a behind-the-camera role! You'll be working directly alongside the founder to help run high-end matcha bars while capturing amazing, real-time content for our social media.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Content Capture: Shooting aesthetic, high-quality photos, Reels, and TikTok-style videos of our drink preparation, setup, and customer reactions using your phone.
• On-Site Event Support: Helping with event setup/pack-down, stocking milk/ice, keeping the bar area pristine, and serving guests.
• Content Organization: Organizing and transferring raw footage/photos after each event.

Requirements:

• iPhone User: Must own a recent iPhone model (iPhone 13 or newer preferred) with excellent camera quality and plenty of storage space.
• Hands-On Attitude: Willing to jump in, help lift equipment, prep drinks, and keep the event running smoothly alongside taking photos/videos.
• Punctual & Reliable: Shows up on time, well-presented, and ready to work in fast-paced event environments.
• Aesthetic Eye: An eye for lighting, framing, and capturing clean, engaging social media content.
• Flexible Availability: Available for weekend shifts and occasional midweek corporate events.
• Car Owner (Bonus / Preferred): Owns a reliable car for transport to outer London venues. Extra travel compensation and mileage allowance will be paid if you use your car for event transport.
