We are looking for a reliable and friendly Event Assistant to help manage our phone case service at weddings and events, mainly at Milan Palace. This role involves setting up our phone case station, assisting guests, and managing the cases throughout the event.
Responsibilities
- Set up phone case station before the event starts
- Assist guests with placing their phones into lockable pouches
- Use the unlocking magnet when required
- Ensure everything runs smoothly during the event
- Stay present and monitor the station throughout
- Pack down equipment at the end of the event
Working Hours
- Typically 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Mostly weekends (weddings/events)
- Flexible shifts depending on bookings
