You will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and become an inspirational leader, developing your team to their full potential. You will possess a clear and open communication and leadership style. On occasion, there may be an expectation to take photos poolside and/or in the pool. Manage Water Photography Operations on site.
Role Accountabilities:
- Business Ownership & Operational Profitability
- Minimize the cost of sales by accurately managing stock, employee costs and loss prevention, and understand how these controllable costs can affect profitability.
- Commercial awareness of current price packages & promotions, delivering this confidently to customers and colleagues.
- Work with the Manager to set & implement operational targets, including revenue targets and objectives.
- Reach and maintain an appropriate level of competence with regard to the operation of business systems & processes.
