We are seeking Duty Managers. Previous supervisory experience is essential. Opportunity to enter a fast-paced and expanding leisure company available.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and become an inspirational leader, developing your team to their full potential. You will possess a clear and open communication and leadership style. On occasion, there may be an expectation to take photos poolside and/or in the pool. Manage Water Photography Operations on site.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Business Ownership & Operational Profitability
  • Minimize the cost of sales by accurately managing stock, employee costs and loss prevention, and understand how these controllable costs can affect profitability.
  • Commercial awareness of current price packages & promotions, delivering this confidently to customers and colleagues.
  • Work with the Manager to set & implement operational targets, including revenue targets and objectives.
  • Reach and maintain an appropriate level of competence with regard to the operation of business systems & processes.
