Events Photo Team is a fast-growing photography business operating across major tourist attractions in the UK, Europe, and the USA. We are looking for a hands-on Art & Design Creative Manager to lead our design team and drive innovation, growth, and new business opportunities across the business.
The Role
You’ll lead a team of creative professionals, delivering high-quality visual content, and play a key role in developing new products, concepts, and experiences while supporting the continued growth of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing the Art & Design team
- Creating digital and printed artwork for sites and products
- Designing signage, photo products, and online content
- Presenting ideas to the EPT business, senior stakeholders, and clients
- Supporting new business proposals and creative concepts
- Visiting sites and attending trade shows across the UK, Europe, and USA
- Overseeing and installing installations while ensuring brand consistency
- Driving innovation and contributing to business growth and new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ management experience (team of 3+)
- Certified qualifications in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop essential)
- Creative thinker with a hands-on approach
- Confident presenting ideas to clients and senior teams
- Knowledge of AI tools and the ability to implement “work smarter, not harder” approaches within the department
- Flexible and willing to travel internationally
- Full UK driving licence
- Video/editing experience is a bonus but not essential
