Description of the Role
This role blends creative execution with content planning. You’ll help bring our visual storytelling to life — across decks, socials, and digital platforms — and support the team in shaping how Events House and our partners show up across channels. You’ll design social graphics, refine presentation layouts, contribute to web reskins, and travel to events (including F1 races) to help capture content live. It’s a role for a design-literate marketer — someone who cares about layout, clarity, and content impact in equal measure.
What You’ll Do
- Design and format content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Build and polish pitch decks, creds, and brand case studies
- Capture photo/video content at activations and live events
- Customise CMS templates (leaderboards, registration pages, digital signage)
- Use Figma/Adobe Creative Cloud to adapt wireframes, visuals and interface layouts
- Work alongside freelancers and designers to scale visual output
- Track social engagement and feed insights into design and messaging
- Travel to live activations – including F1 weekends – to support content needs
What You’ll Bring
- Solid layout and visual communication skills (Figma, Adobe or similar)
- Comfort editing short-form video, reels or stories for social
- Familiarity with UX/UI basics and digital platform styling
- Strong written communication and design judgement
- Confident collaborating across teams and interpreting creative briefs
- Organised, motivated, and excited to grow creatively in a fast-paced team
- Passion for motorsport, live events, and fan-first experiences
What You’ll Get
- Competitive starting salary, with scope to grow as the role evolves
- Annual bonus scheme
- Flexitime and hybrid working
- Travel to major motorsport events, including Formula 1 races
- Exposure to world-class clients and high-end brand work
- Access to freelance and agency collaboration across disciplines
- A tight-knit creative team that values speed, craft and clear thinking
