JOIN US – EVERYTHING WE DO IS DESIGNED TO CREATE MOMENTS OF WOW

Established for 23 years, EPH Creative is one of the UK's leading event and theming suppliers. We work with an ever‐growing and impressive range of clients — from well‐known TV shows and visitor attractions to corporate events, weddings and private parties. Each year, we deliver props and theming to over 2,000 events and bespoke projects, operating year‐round with distinct seasonal demands.

Our headquarters near Wetherby are home to an Aladdin's cave of props, furniture and theming, alongside one of the UK's largest state‐of‐the‐art scenic production facilities.

As a Creative Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of client relationships, building trust over time and ensuring EPH Creative is their first choice for event theming. This is a consultative, relationship‐led role focused on understanding what clients are trying to achieve, guiding them creatively, and delivering thoughtful, well‐designed solutions that keep them coming back.

You'll manage enquiries from first conversation through to event delivery, shaping proposals, coordinating internally and ensuring each client experiences a smooth, unique and memorable journey. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, balancing creativity, organisation and commercial awareness to support both client success and sustainable growth. You'll also visit client sites from time to time and participate in the installation of events – so a flexible schedule and approach is required.

About you

We're looking for someone who brings curiosity, ownership and good judgement to their work. You don't need a specific background in events or theming – what matters is how you build relationships, how you think, and how you deliver.

Responsibilities

  • Naturally relationship‐driven, with a genuine interest in understanding clients and building long‐term trust
  • Consultative in your approach, asking the right questions and shaping solutions
  • Confident and personable, able to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly with a wide range of people
  • Organised and detail‐aware, able to manage multiple conversations and priorities without losing quality
  • Creative in your thinking, with an eye for design and the ability to contribute to event theming ideas and proposals
  • Calm and solutions‐focused when plans change or challenges arise
  • Pro‐active and self‐motivated, taking ownership of your opportunities
  • Collaborative and team‐minded, working well with colleagues across the business
  • Adaptable and resilient, comfortable in a fast‐paced, fluctuating, seasonal environment

Skills / Attributes

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience managing multiple client conversations at once while staying organised and responsive
  • A relationship‐led, consultative sales mindset focused on long‐term value
  • Ability to develop creative event theming ideas and present them clearly to clients
  • Good working knowledge of everyday business programmes and systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Canva skills (or equivalent) to support the creation of visually engaging proposals
  • High attention to detail, with pride in maintaining accuracy and follow‐through
  • An interest in installing themed events, and the flexibility to attend out of hours installs & derigs from time to time during our peak season.

Our values

  • One Team – Willingly helping each other, working together to meet our customers' expectations
  • Caring – Supporting and recognising our people who are key to our success
  • Passion & Pride – Taking ownership and pride in our work to support making every event extraordinary
  • Innovation – Seeking continuous improvement for the benefit of our customers and team
  • Fun – Enjoying what we do

Benefits

  • 22 days paid holiday (rising to 25 after 3 years)
  • An additional paid day's leave on your Birthday
  • Company Pension Scheme
  • Health cash plan & employee assistance programme
  • Kitchen facilities and break out area
  • Annual team events, including Family & Friends day, and Staff Party
