Eventor (Part of the Culina Group) is a leading event specialist, providing bespoke logistical solutions for motorsport, music, events, exhibitions, and the nuclear industry. The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of our General Haulage and F1 Transport operations. This position is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can communicate effectively across multiple teams, and ensures smooth administrative and compliance processes within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the General Haulage Revenue Tracker, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in haulage planning and provide administrative support.
  • Liaise effectively with Event crew, Event managers, Transport team and customers.
  • Book and prepare meeting rooms, slides, take meeting notes and distribute minutes.
  • F1 event tracking, ensuring all customer equipment is tracked and updates communicated promptly.
  • Assist with route planning, optimisation and support the planning team.
  • Maintain compliance and local records adhering to GDPR and company policy.
  • Monitor and input drivers’ start/finish times, WTD compliance and EU Drivers’ Hours.
  • Maintain and update records such as the Eventor Data drive, Master Recruitment tracker and Service Wall Planner.
  • Prepare compliance packs for back‑to‑back book‑ons; may travel with the team.
  • Assist with weekly payroll and expenses, process POs and ensure timely payment.
  • Support audits and prepare necessary paperwork.
  • Order stationery, station and uniform supplies and maintain stock levels.
  • Perform general operational tasks and administration.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of WTD and EU Drivers’ Hours (core).
  • Working knowledge of GTS (desirable).
  • IT literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to question, challenge and improve existing processes.
  • Ability to prioritise and establish effective working relationships.
  • Capacity to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multi‑task with a calm, flexible approach.
  • Positive attitude, commitment and self‑motivation.
  • Methodical and organised approach.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and progress through experience and training.
