Eventogy is a B2B SaaS platform for enterprise event management, built for investment banks, corporate banks, law firms and government bodies. With a 20‑year history of stability and profit from our offices in Farringdon, London, we’re a small, friendly, senior team in the middle of an exciting product rebuild.
This is a brilliant first or second marketing role. Our marketing is getting sharper, more targeted and more focused, and we need someone to help make it all happen day to day. The strategy and the messaging are set by our CEO and Commercial Director, so you won’t be expected to figure that part out. Your job is the doing: turning clear direction into work that ships, on time and done well. It’s a hands‑on role with real ownership and plenty of support. If you like getting stuck in, staying organised and seeing your work go live quickly, you’ll enjoy it here. We’re a small team, which means you’ll get genuine variety and your work will visibly matter from week one.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building our target lists. Researching the companies we’d love to work with and finding the right people within them, keeping that information tidy and up to date.
- Helping run our outreach. Setting up email sequences, managing sends and tracking replies, so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Keeping our content moving. Scheduling and publishing posts across LinkedIn and our blog, and keeping the content calendar on track.
- Looking after the website. Helping with the refresh of our marketing site and keeping it up to date, with clear direction from the team.
- Supporting our channels. Helping manage our paid and organic activity day to day, and keeping an eye on what’s working.
- Sharing what you learn. Tracking what’s landing and reporting it back simply. We don’t expect perfection, we just like to know how things are going.
Requirements:
- About one to two years in a marketing role. B2B, SaaS or agency experience is a bonus, but we’re open.
- Organised and reliable. You like finishing things and keeping on top of the details.
- Happy to pick up a few different tasks at once and keep track of them.
- Comfortable with everyday marketing tools (LinkedIn, email platforms, a CMS, basic analytics) or quick to pick them up.
- A clear, tidy writer. You won’t be setting the strategy, but you’ll help with copy that needs to read well.
- Happy to use AI tools to work faster. We’ll show you how; it’s how we work.
- Keen to learn, ask questions and grow into the role.
- A bonus, but not essential: any exposure to finance or legal clients, outreach or account research, or paid channels like Google or LinkedIn Ads.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be currently based here. Sponsorship is not available for this role. Location: this is a hybrid role. Candidates are expected to be physically present in our Farringdon, London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Why you’ll like it here:
You’ll work closely with the founder and senior team during a genuinely exciting phase, with real mentorship and people who want to see you do well. You’ll get variety, responsibility and the kind of hands‑on experience that’s hard to find in a big marketing team – the sort of role you look back on as the one where you really learned your craft.
What we offer:
- £28,000 – £32,000 salary, depending on experience
- Company pension scheme
- Gym membership
- Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our Farringdon, London office
- A vibrant location, with a top‑quality coffee shop next door and a bustling food market right outside
- Genuine mentorship and investment in your development from the CEO and senior team
- A small, friendly team where what you do really matters
