The team often works as in-house or preferred event producers, partnering closely with venues and suppliers who share their commitment to sustainability and impactful experiences.

Role Description: This is a 3‑days (23‑25 June) on‑site Freelance Event F&B Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Freelance F&B Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations for a one‑off event, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with the catering partner and suppliers, with consideration for sustainability.
  • Managing on‑site F&B logistics from setup to breakdown.
  • Supervising service staff and conducting briefings.
  • Monitoring quality and consistency during events.
  • Resolving any guest issues promptly and professionally.
