We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, highly connected, commercially astute dealmaker with a strong track record in winning new business and leading complex tender processes. This role requires someone with an established industry network (“little black book”), proven experience in converting high-value opportunities, and confidence leading strategic bids from end to end.

  • Lead proactive new business development across key sectors including venues and hospitality sectors
  • Leverage an established industry network to generate high-quality commercial opportunities and partnerships
  • Own and drive the end-to-end tender and RFP process, leading responses with minimal oversight
  • Develop high-impact, strategically positioned proposals with clear commercial “win themes” and value propositions
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships
  • Conduct advanced market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy
  • Act as a senior ambassador for Eventist Collective at high-level industry events and networking forums
  • Mentor and support junior team members on bid writing and business development activity
  • Lead selected strategic growth projects and key account opportunities

Significant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within hospitality, events, or premium services:

  • Proven track record of winning and closing high-value business
  • Strong and demonstrable network (“little black book”) of industry contacts and decision-makers
  • Exceptional written communication and storytelling ability in commercial proposals
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring deals and partnerships
  • Willingness to travel when required
