We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, highly connected, commercially astute dealmaker with a strong track record in winning new business and leading complex tender processes. This role requires someone with an established industry network, proven experience in converting high-value opportunities, and confidence leading strategic bids from end to end.

  • Lead proactive new business development across key sectors including venues and hospitality sectors
  • Leverage an established industry network to generate high-quality commercial opportunities and partnerships
  • Own and drive the end-to-end tender and RFP process, leading responses with minimal oversight
  • Develop high-impact, strategically positioned proposals with clear commercial “win themes” and value propositions
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships
  • Conduct advanced market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy
