This team is responsible for working with some of the most iconic events and venues in Europe and bringing them to Eventbrite. What makes Sales at Eventbrite so exciting? THE CHALLENGE
As the BDR Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives to build and deliver a high-quality sales pipeline to our Account Executive team. Your core challenge is to execute our go-to-market strategy, driving new business growth by:
- Leading a high-performing SDR team to consistently exceed their quotas.
- Executing and refining our outbound strategy through cold calls, email, and social media to find and qualify new leads.
- Developing action plans to address performance gaps and optimize team efficiency.
- Providing a seamless customer journey by collaborating closely with Account Executive leadership.
- Coaching and mentoring your team on procedure, sales technique (BANT, MEDDIC etc), and pipeline management to ensure their professional growth and career progression.
THE ROLE
As the Manager of a junior Sales team, you will lead a dynamic team of sales people who are predominantly in the early stages of their sales careers. You will report to the Senior Director of Sales for EMEA and work with them as well as with the Marketing team, to build pipeline, provide key feedback and execute on business success metrics, and consistently push your team to beat targets.
THE SKILL SET
- 5+ Years in sales area B2B
- 1+ years experience in a Sales Leadership/Management roles
- Coaching mindset with a passion for developing junior talent and building successful sales careers
- Experience managing and executing on metrics and quotas
- Strong analytical ability to understand, report on and forecast team performance
- Successful track record in Sales within the SaaS, Technology, or Ticketing industry
- Complete culture match with Eventbrite (challenging, dynamic and people oriented)
- Strong leadership skills: communication, influence and empathy
- A proven track record of over-performance
- Analytical ability to understand and report periodical team performance to company leadership
