We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the events and banqueting team of a prestigious private members’ club in South East London. You will primarily support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen for events, while also assisting on the restaurant side when no events are scheduled. Responsibilities include all standard sous chef duties, ensuring high culinary standards, smooth service, and effective team support across both events and restaurant operations. Ideal candidates will have strong banqueting or high-volume events experience and a proven background at sous chef level.
