As a Loss Prevention Partner in the Profit Protection team, you will enhance the efficiency and profitability of your assigned shop. You will analyse loss trends, report on key shrinkage issues, and help protect company profits. Your role includes patrolling the shop floor to deter theft, monitoring CCTV to identify suspicious behaviour, and supporting the safety of both Partners and customers. This position requires a high level of vigilance, professionalism, and integrity, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as an integral member of the shop team.
