Compassion UK & Ireland is seeking an Events Operations & Volunteer Team Leader on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. In this role, you will equip and support advocates, volunteers and events teams to maximise their impact. We are looking for an experienced people manager who can develop team members, refine and improve operational processes, and ensure effective collaboration with our Partnerships and wider organisational teams. This is an opportunity to use your leadership and organisational skills to support Compassion’s mission and help deliver high-quality events and volunteer engagement across the UK and Ireland.
