As a Loss Prevention Partner within the Profit Protection team, you will enhance the efficiency and profitability of your assigned shop. You will analyse shrinkage trends, identify key themes, and report findings to help protect profits. The role involves patrolling the shop floor to deter theft, monitoring CCTV for suspicious behaviour, and safeguarding both Partners and customers. You will work closely with the wider team as an integral member, supporting a safe and secure retail environment. Due to the responsibilities involved, you must be at least 18 years old.
