Location: Coventry (with UK-wide travel)

Pay: £14.50 per hour+ / £16 per hour+ if traffic management qualified

Hours: Flexible – full-time, part-time, casual, or flexi contracts available

The Role

As an Event Supervisor, you\’ll be at the heart of the action — leading teams, coordinating logistics, and keeping operations running smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role across weekdays, evenings, and weekends, depending on the event schedule. You\’ll travel to events across the UK, so flexibility, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage your team on event days
• Supervise Car Park Attendants, Event Stewards, and Traffic Management Operatives
• Act as the main on-site contact for clients and team members
• Maintain health & safety standards at all times
• Manage operations efficiently under pressure
• Provide post-event feedback and reports to management

What We\’re Looking For

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (transport provided)
• Previous experience in events, stewarding, traffic management, or operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Flexible approach to working weekdays, evenings, and weekends

• Supervising: 3 years (required)
