We are an outdoor cinema company seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing professional who would be happy to also join our vibrant team at live events to support Front of House operations & take images/videos for advertisement purposes. This role involves developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and foster positive public relations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and experience managing various social media platforms. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organisation’s growth while gaining valuable industry experience. We have upcoming events taking place both in & outside of London, please note accommodation will be provided for any events attended outside of London.
Social Media Duties
- Develop, plan, and execute compelling social media campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage daily social media activities including content creation, take images/videos at our live events, scheduling, and posting to maintain active online presence.
- Monitor social media channels for customer engagement and respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and generate reports to optimise future strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with online communities and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in managing public relations initiatives through social media outreach and content dissemination.
FOH Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Provide assistance to guests with any inquiries or special requests, demonstrating excellent guest services.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
