We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Leader to support our team in achieving operational excellence. You will have the responsibility to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and enhancing team performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have the ability to manage other staff members effectively.   • BATTERSEA – EVENT DAY: 17TH JULY 2026 – 20TH JULY 2026
  • KINGSTON – EVENT DAY: 24TH JULY 2026 – 26TH JULY 2026
  • HAMMERSMITH – EVENT DAY: 31ST JUL 2026 – 2ND AUG 2026
  • GREENWICH – EVENT DAY: 14TH AUG 2026 – 17TH AUG 2026
  • PURLEY WAY – EVENT DAY: 21ST AUG 2026 – 24TH AUG 2026

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating daily activities and managing team performance.
  • Manage all live events effectively.
  • Allocate staff breaks.
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all records are up-to-date and organised.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist in the implementation of team initiatives aimed at improving productivity and morale.
  • Act as the main point of call to manage live event operations.

  • Can lead a team of staff effectively.
  • Must have previous leadership experience.
