Event Crowd is a leading provider of educational courses in Event Management. We are looking for a highly motivated experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a new role; we’ve gone through an exciting period of growth and transition, which is why we’re looking for our addition to the team.
Purpose of the role
You’ll work on the whole sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, dealing with inbound leads only from Google Ads and organic channels. You’ll be provided with full training and support to ensure you excel in your role. Eventually, you’ll be the main salesperson in the business, advising potential customers on which course is best for them, running them through the pricing options and of course, explaining the benefits of choosing to study with Event Crowd and how we can help them.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting new leads within 24 hours
- Managing WhatsApp messages
- Following up with leads on WhatsApp, email or calls
- Achieving sales targets on a monthly basis
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Resilience and the ability to bounce back after ‘no’s’
- The ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
- Experience with HubSpot preferred but not necessary
30k Basic salary + OTE £35-40k
32 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays
