About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and detail-driven Presentation Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and producing visually impactful presentations that support our client work, internal comms, and new business efforts. You’ll be a PowerPoint pro – setting up presentation templates from scratch, managing slide masters, and ensuring visual consistency across decks while also bringing creativity and design flair to each project.

  • Are a PowerPoint Pro: You’ve mastered Slide Master setup, advanced formatting, seamless animations/transitions, and can communicate complex ideas in clear, compelling ways across slides.
  • Bring Design Expertise: You have solid experience as a Designer, backed by a strong portfolio with a focus on high-impact presentation design.
  • Are Multi-Platform Fluent: You’re confident in tools like Google Slides and can effortlessly adapt and optimize assets across different platforms.
  • Know Your Adobe Tools: Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign—you know when and how to bring them into your workflow to elevate the visual storytelling.
  • Design for the Big Stage: You’ve created content for live events, experiential marketing, or stage shows—think large-format visuals, show decks, or screen content for key moments.
  • Pitch Perfect: You’ve built custom decks for business development, keynote speakers, and pitch presentations that win hearts and deals.
  • Have Motion Mindset: Familiarity with motion graphics or integrating video into presentations is a big plus.
  • Tell Visual Stories: You have a sharp eye for layout, typography, color, and design principles—and you use them to tell powerful, engaging stories.
  • Collaborate and Contribute: Whether you’re flying solo or part of a cross-functional team (Creative Leads, Motion Designers, Editors, etc.), you thrive either way.
  • Stay Curious and Positive: You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and always pushing the creative bar higher.
  • Live and Breathe Design: Always on the hunt for new trends, tools, and techniques—you’re excited to innovate and inspire those around you.
  • Thrive in the Fast Lane: You work well under pressure, juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders with grace.
  • Stay Flexible: New brief? Last-minute challenge? You’re ready to pivot and find creative solutions.
  • Have experience with Keynote (not required, but definitely a nice-to-have)
  • Are proficient in After Effects (not required, but definitely a nice-to-have)

You don’t have to tick every box — we care just as much about curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset as we do experience on paper.
