About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and detail‑driven Presentation Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and producing visually impactful presentations that support our client work, internal communications, and new business efforts. You’ll be a PowerPoint pro – setting up presentation templates from scratch, managing slide masters, and ensuring visual consistency across decks while also bringing creativity and design flair to each project.

Who are you?

  • Expert‑level PowerPoint skills, including mastery of Slide Master setup, advanced formatting, animations/transitions, and conveying content in clear and engaging ways across slides.
  • Significant experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio focused on presentation design.
  • Confident using other presentation tools like Google Slides, with experience adapting assets across platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience designing for live events or experiential marketing environments, with experience working on stage show decks, large‑format visuals, or screen content for events.
  • Experience creating custom decks for business development, pitches, and keynote speakers.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video integration within presentations.
  • Confident visual storyteller with a solid grasp of layout, typography, colour, and design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team of other creative disciplines (e.g. Creative leads, Graphic Designers, Motion Designer, Video Editor).
  • A positive, proactive mindset—always seeking ways to improve and push the creative bar.
  • Creatively curious and future‑focused, you’re always exploring fresh visual approaches and pushing boundaries.
  • Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexible, solution‑oriented, and ready to dive into new challenges.

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Keynote.
  • Proficiency in After Effects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design visually impactful, brand‑aligned presentations, layouts, and mock‑ups that elevate the narrative and engage the audience.
  • Support the creation of both client‑facing presentations and internal decks across business development, marketing, and operations.
  • Develop custom‑designed white papers, reports, and branded collateral as required.
  • Craft clean, consistent, and thoughtfully designed slides with strong attention to typography, hierarchy, alignment, and use of white space.
  • Translate complex information and ideas into visually clear and compelling visual stories.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams including Creative & Content, Strategy, Production, and Client Services to ensure alignment between design and messaging goals.
  • Confidently present design concepts and work‑in‑progress to internal stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and decisions.
  • Collaborate effectively under pressure and within tight timelines, maintaining a positive and proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Technical & Creative Execution

  • Design for both standard presentation formats and large‑scale canvases/screens used in immersive event experiences.
  • Incorporate a wide range of assets – including brand toolkits, motion graphics, video, and AV content – into cohesive and polished decks.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all outputs, including slides, templates, documents, and reports.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of slide masters, branded templates, and layout systems.

Project & Time Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short‑turnaround requests with more strategic, long‑term deliverables.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines while delivering high‑quality, on‑brand design solutions.
  • Assist with on‑site presentation support during live events and rehearsals, including real‑time updates and design amendments.

Continuous Development

  • Stay up to date on industry design trends, emerging tools, and presentation technology.
  • Apply a critical eye when reviewing work and incorporate feedback quickly and constructively to improve outcomes.
