About The Role
As an Executive Producer, you’ll lead the delivery of ambitious projects, creating live experiences that push boundaries and resonate with audiences. Reporting to the Global Project Director, you’ll be the client‑facing lead on flagship work, supported by a team of Producers, Production Managers, and Creatives. You’ll also collaborate with Growth and Account teams to shape compelling pitches and proposals. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Project Leadership
- Own the delivery of major projects from concept to reconciliation, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and EC’s creative vision.
- Interpret briefs and lead scoping, strategy, and execution, working closely with Growth on pitches and RFQs.
- Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams, including Producers, Production Managers, Creatives, and Technical Directors.
- Act as the linchpin between client, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clarity and confidence at every stage.
- Client Engagement
- Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, managing relationships with C‑suite stakeholders.
- Leading with a client‑first mentality, always focused on driving success against their KPIs.
- Provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions that elevate client experiences.
- Represent EC in pitches, presentations, and key meetings, inspiring confidence through storytelling and insight.
- Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Own project budgets, timelines, and profitability, balancing creative ambition with commercial realities.
- Establish clear communication and review channels, ensuring scope and deliverables are understood and met.
