  • You have experience working on a variety of project types, including conferences and private events.
  • You are a strong project manager with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • You’re a creative problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet and resolve technical challenges under pressure on-site.
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills and can communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • You have an awareness of the role of health and safety in the industry, such as risk assessments and advocating for best working practices on site.
  • You don’t have to tick every box - we care just as much about curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset as we do experience on paper.

  • Project Planning
    • Working with our production and agency teams to provide technical support, planning and quotations.
    • Liaising between the Technical, Production, Operations and Warehouse Teams at all times to create a streamlined project flow.
    • Producing equipment lists, technical plans and other relevant documents for events.
    • Monitoring technical budgets for projects to ensure margins are maintained.
    • Producing H&S documentation for events.
    • Act as a point of contact for internal or external stakeholders in the event of any changes or additional requests throughout the project.
    • Representing the company at site meetings.
  • Project Execution

    • Actively helping us to deliver on our ambitious 2030 Pledge.
  • Risk Management & Compliance
    • Ensure all technical aspects of the event adhere to health and safety regulations, including RAMS and other requirements.
    • Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans in the planning stages of an event.
