We're seeking an experienced Events & Digital Communications Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for executing our event portfolio and driving digital engagement across all event-related communications. This is a hands‑on role focused on flawless delivery of thought leadership events, customer forums, and partnership activations while creating compelling content that amplifies event impact across digital and social channels. This is a full‑time, remote‑first position with access to our London office and occasional travel for events.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Management
- Execute and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects including internal and external events in the UK, Europe and the US – this spans trade shows, partner activations, customer forums, thought leadership events and webinars.
- Manage all event logistics from concept to completion, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget tracking, delegate invitations and on‑site management.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including sales, design, product and leadership to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Handle event registrations, attendee communications, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts within approved budgets.
- Coordinate shipping, promotional materials, catering, equipment setup, and teardown.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements for all events.
- Track attendance metrics and gather post‑event feedback.
- Plan and support travel for the team.
- Digital Communications & Social Media
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to promote events and drive registrations.
- Manage the creation of engaging content across multiple channels including email, social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Manage event‑related social media content calendar across platforms.
- Produce live social media content during events to maximise engagement.
- Design and deploy email marketing campaigns using HubSpot to nurture prospects and communicate with attendees.
- Develop event messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and respond to event inquiries and engagement across digital channels.
- Support analytics and reporting on campaign performance.
- HubSpot & Marketing Operations
- Manage event registration and attendee tracking within HubSpot.
- Build and execute email campaigns, nurture sequences, and event communications.
- Create landing pages and forms to capture leads and registrations.
- Segment contact lists for targeted event communications.
- Maintain accurate event data and reporting within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow‑up processes.
- Track event attribution and contribute to marketing reporting.
- Run and manage the events budget tracker.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in event management with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent events.
- Strong digital marketing experience with hands‑on social media management and content creation.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot including email marketing, landing pages, and contact management.
- Experience with Microsoft tools and systems.
- Experience executing B2B events and marketing to corporate audiences.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with strong follow‑through.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing company environment.
