This position is ideal for someone eager to learn about the dynamics of a busy event and co‑working space. You’ll have the opportunity to work with top event professionals, interact with clients and members, plus gain hands‑on experience in sales, operations, marketing and studio management.

Responsibilities

  • Opening: Open the space each morning at 8:30am, ensuring everything is set up and standards are met.
  • Front of House: Be the first point of contact for our members and guests, including answering the phone, greeting visitors, and handling post.
  • Daily Walkthroughs: Conduct daily walkthroughs of our work and event spaces to ensure they are clean, organised, and prepared for use. Report any issues to the Operations Manager.
  • Space Standards: Take responsibility for the general upkeep of the workspace, including meeting rooms, kitchens, and other common areas, ensuring they remain tidy throughout the day.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with general enquiries, and if comfortable, engage in proactive sales activities.
  • Event Operations Support: Support the operations team in the lead‑up to live events, including responding to client enquiries and assisting with logistics.
  • Event Assistance: Assist our Venue Managers during live events, particularly during setup and de‑rig.
  • Marketing Support: Assist the Marketing Manager with tasks, including creating social media posts, brainstorming ideas to keep our content engaging and fun, and other marketing‑related activities.
