We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our VIP Relations/Concierge team, supporting a portfolio of conferences and exhibitions. This is a customer‑facing role where strong communication and people skills are essential. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that key attendees have everything they need to get the most out of their event experience, helping to drive audience retention and event success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the concierge lead for a specific event, handling attendee queries and developing personal agendas.
  • Build relationships with senior attendees in the run-up to events, then meet and welcome them onsite.
  • Support with audience engagement, ensuring that key buyers attend and achieve their business objectives.
  • Help deliver sponsored activations and ensure onsite KPIs are met.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, production, and sales teams to support end-to-end event delivery.
