We’re looking for a motivated Account Development Manager. This role will focus on developing low and mid-tier client relationships across agencies and corporate meeting planners, helping us build a consistent and credible presence in this part of the market. This is a sales-focused role that would suit someone with a background in event production or meeting planning who’s interested in moving into client development.
Key points for the role:- Experienced in live events, production, experiential, or technical event delivery
- Proven ability to generate revenue and manage full sales cycles
- Hands-on knowledge of budgets, timelines, production, and onsite execution
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and building long-term relationships
- Established industry network and connections preferred
- Consultative approach to selling creative and technical solutions
- Will work closely with leadership on pipeline, forecasting, and account development
- Flexible to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
