Evenco International is an AI data company and leading executive conference organiser. Evenco specialises in asset management fund forums across Europe, where we bring together leading global asset managers and senior fund selectors to discuss and debate the latest investment ideas. We operate out of Moorgate in London. Our conferences take place across Europe. As we expand our portfolio of events, we are looking to grow our Business Development team to increase sponsorship sales.

As a Business Development Manager:

  • Identify, engage, and form strong relationships with senior decision makers in the Asset Management industry.
  • Target the top Global Asset Management firms.
  • Working alongside sales support at first, you will be provided with some warm leads but will be required to conduct own research once settled.
  • Full sales cycle from researching, prospecting over the phone, Zoom and face-to-face client meetings, closing sales and maintaining relationships and accounts to grow.
  • Understand client objectives and strategies to provide suitable solutions.
  • Travel to major European cities for client meetings, restrictions depending.
  • Hit and exceed commercial targets.
  • Work together with Sales and the wider Evenco International team.
  • Receive on-going training, solid opportunities for career progression and tremendous earning potential.

The Ideal Business Development Manager:

  • Be commercially astute, competitive with strong persuasion skills.
  • Previous event sponsorship sales experience is ideal.
  • Outstanding track-record in new business sales.
  • Background or experience in asset management or private equity will be beneficial.
  • Possess the ability to communicate clearly with exceptional concision.
  • Strong relationship builder.
  • Possess the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a high performing sales team.
  • Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation.
  • Excited about working in a modern, dynamic start-up environment.
  • Fluent Italian speaker.
