About EVEN EVEN is the commerce infrastructure for music. We enable artists, labels, and distributors to sell music and experiences directly to fans, before and beyond streaming, with full chart eligibility. Sales on EVEN report to the charts in the US via Luminate/Billboard and in the UK via Kantar/OCC. We partner with major labels including UMG, Sony, and distributors including UnitedMasters, Secretly, Stem, Vydia, Too Lost, Virgin, Cinq, Symphonic, and over 3,000 independent labels. Our belief is simple: every artist and every release requires a direct-to-consumer strategy. EVEN makes that turnkey. The Role You will be EVEN's commercial presence in the UK, working alongside our Head of Artist Relations and reporting directly to the C-suite. You will sit between the commercial, streaming and commerce, digital operations, and marketing teams inside our label and distributor partners and EVEN's campaign teams, owning UK campaigns from first pitch through street date and beyond. This is a hands-on role, not a relationship-only role. You will source and scope campaigns with label teams, then stay embedded through launch: offering and pricing, territory strategy, domains, assets, clearances, consent and data capture, and chart reporting. You are the person who knows charting rules cold, keeps the chart bodies informed before they have to ask, and makes sure every campaign is structured for eligibility from day one. This is a consultant engagement with a path to full-time. You will meet partners in person regularly, so proximity to London’s label community matters. What You’ll Do Source and scope UK campaigns with commercial, digital, and marketing teams at labels and distributors: offering, pricing, exclusives, pre-order windows, physical mirroring, and launch timing Set territory pricing and campaign structure for chart eligibility, and keep it compliant as campaigns evolve Coordinate label-side deliverables through launch: assets, product data, barcodes and ISRCs, clearances, and marketing rollout plans Stay embedded in campaign execution alongside EVEN’s artist relations, product, and engineering teams from intake through post-launch reporting Meet partners in person: label offices, industry events, and working sessions across London and the UK Own EVEN’s day-to-day relationship with the OCC and Kantar: advance campaign registration, bundle approvals, release data, eligibility questions, and reporting queries Translate what you learn from campaigns into repeatable playbooks and product feedback Grow adoption across our label, distributor network, and independent label base in the region What You Bring D2C and e-commerce experience inside the label system: how commercial teams plan, price, and measure direct-to-fan campaigns Extensive experience working directly with Streaming
