What will you be doing?

We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our Financial Planning team in Newcastle. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

Your responsibilities will include among others:

  • Working closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact.
  • Liaising with operational teams where support is provided on activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
  • Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required).
  • Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1 year’s experience working within Financial Services (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Investments, Bonds (preferable but not essential).
  • An ambition to build a career within a financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • A strong ethic of client service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
