We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Planning team in our Maidstone office, which is responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.
As a Client Administrator at Evelyn Partners you will be supported to grow personally and professionally, you will have access to a structured training program offering Training & Competency oversight to excel personal development. We encourage continuous professional development via ongoing studying and qualifications, we also have a team of experienced Investment Managers and Financial Advisers which you will have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from. This role will initially be in office for 6 month probation and then move to a hybrid working model of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive client service administration to aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Scheduling and coordinating client meetings, completing documentation for compliant new business submissions, and updating the CRM system accurately.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries.
- Preparing client reports, Letters of Authority and processing withdrawal and drawdown requests.
- Ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in all administrative processes.
Qualifications:
- National 5 (N5) Grade C in Maths and English or above which is equivalent to GCSE.
- Have previous administrative experience supporting Financial Planners or Wealth professionals.
- Have experience of onboarding clients, preparing meeting packs, processing Letters of Authority and supporting transfers.
- Have knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, GIAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Offshore Bonds.
- A strong ethic of client service.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
- The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
